ABOUT YOUR ZIHUATANEJO REAL ESTATE AGENT
I am Eloisa Rodríguez Gálvez, born and raised in Mexico City where I completed my studies in Business Administration before moving to Zihuatanejo in 1992 when I began operating and administering commercial and residential family property in this area. My interest in and love of this work, allowed me to be part of the community and led to making many friends and developing strong business and personal relationships with many associates in the robust sector of property sales to both locals and visitors, particularly from the United States and Canada. I enjoy excellent relationships with the offices and departments of private and governmental agencies responsible for overseeing all manner of legal transactions involving property sales and acquisition.
Over time, my relationships and passion for participating in the evolution of Zihuatanejo, its growth and way of life, led me to assisting others, both from Mexico and abroad in finding their place in this community and eventually to offering full services in the sale, purchase, renovation and maintenance of special properties in Zihuatanejo, including Troncones, and others to the north and the communities of Barra de Potosi, Playa Blanca and Playa Larga to the south. My goal is always to provide clients with everything needed to have a successful experience from locating and identifying the property of their choice, through the entire process to a successful closing.
My experience and expertise in management and administration of both private homes and condominium communities was of great value in developing what is now my focus in the field of sales and renovation of residential and commercial real estate. I am focused and goal oriented. I believe my ability to find solutions for complex and difficult transactions that others have been unable to facilitate is something which sets me apart.
My fluency in both Spanish and English, my deep roots in Mexico and in our community as well as my experience with those from other countries seeking to find a first or second home here, serves to ease every part of the special processes involved in acquiring or selling property in Mexico. I think that my positive nature, patience and “can do” point of view have added considerably to my enjoyment of my profession. I love working with people, sharing and giving back all that Zihuatanejo has given me in the way of a rich and beautiful life.
